Custom Order Policy

Products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for sizing, colour preference, or a change of mind after production has started.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing or production issue caused by Maktoub Prints, contact us at info@maktoubprints.com so we can review and resolve the issue.

Customers must carefully review spelling, sizing, colours, and placement in the final mockup. Once a customer approves that mockup, Maktoub Prints is not responsible for errors that were clearly visible in the approved design.
