Shipping policy

We ship across Canada with Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and orders over $500 ship free.

Normal turnaround is 3 to 7 business days after you approve the final mockup. Quantity, garment availability and design complexity all affect timing, and larger orders can need longer. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Rush orders can be discussed and depend on our current workload and garment availability.

Tracking is provided for shipped orders wherever the shipping service supports it.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we file the claim with the carrier and, where appropriate, reship your order or refund it.

If a parcel is returned because the delivery address was entered incorrectly, or because it was not collected, the additional shipping cost is the customer's. We reship once the new shipping fee is paid.

If a parcel is returned because of a mistake on our side, we cover the cost of reshipping it.

We do not offer local pickup.
