Normal turnaround is 3 to 7 business days after you approve the final mockup. Quantity, garment availability and design complexity all affect timing, and larger orders can need longer. Rush orders can be discussed depending on our current workload and garment availability.

Each listed price covers the garment and one standard print or embroidery location.

Charged on top: additional print locations such as a back or sleeves, oversized designs, complex embroidery, artwork that needs cleanup, and specially sourced garments or colours.

Embroidery orders of fewer than 10 embroidery items also carry a one-time $20 design fee, for turning your artwork into a stitch file. It is added in your cart and waived from 10 embroidery items.

Yes. You see a digital preview when you upload your artwork, and you must approve the final mockup before production begins.

Please check spelling, sizing, colours and placement carefully. Once you approve the mockup, we are not responsible for mistakes that were visible in the artwork you approved.

PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG or PDF, up to 20 MB, uploaded with your order. Higher resolution reproduces better, particularly on large prints.

The maximum DTF print width is 12 inches. We check your artwork for suitability at the size you request.

T-shirts, hoodies and crewnecks come in S to XL, in black or white. T-shirts are slim fit and 100% pre-shrunk cotton, so they will not shrink in the wash when cared for properly. Hoodies and crewnecks are 65% cotton and 35% polyester.

Caps are high-quality SnapBack trucker caps with a mesh back, in black or white. For a bulk order we can source other colours.

Yes. DTF prints on their own are $8 each for a small design of 1 to 6 inches and $15 each for a large design of 7 to 15 inches. On orders of more than 100 prints you save $2 on each print.

Yes. Embroidery is stitched on a BAI 15-needle machine, and your design has to be converted into an embroidery-ready DST file before production. That conversion is the one-time $20 design fee on orders of fewer than 10 embroidery items, and it is free from 10.

Yes, and they are a large part of what we do. Order 10 or more items and you take $5 off each one. Orders of 100 or more receive a custom quote, and we can source colours outside our standard black and white for a bulk request.

We ship across Canada through Canada Post, and shipping is free on orders over $500.

Our products are custom-made for each customer, so we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour preference or a change of mind once production has started.

If a product arrives damaged, or there is a production issue caused by us, contact us and we will work with you to put it right.
