Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Maktoub Prints Inc. at maktoubprints.com.

Prices. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Each price covers the garment and one standard print or embroidery location. Extra print locations, oversized designs, complex embroidery, artwork that needs cleanup or digitizing, specially sourced garments or colours, and DST conversion for embroidery may be charged in addition. Where any of these apply, we confirm the cost with you before production. Orders of 100 or more items are quoted individually.

Your artwork. By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. We review every file before production. Our PrintPerfect tool may trim, upscale, sharpen and remove the background from your file to prepare it for printing. The final mockup you approve is what we produce.

Keeping your files. We may keep your uploaded artwork for up to 12 months for order records and any reorder you may want, after which it may be deleted. Your files are stored with our hosting provider, Vercel, and processed by fal.ai to remove backgrounds, upscale them and prepare them for printing.

Showing finished work. We only photograph and display finished orders publicly with your permission.

Production. Production begins only after you approve the final mockup.

Garments. Standard garments are black or white in sizes S to XL. Other colours can be sourced for bulk orders.
