Refund policy

Every Maktoub Prints order is made specifically for the customer who placed it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour preference, or a change of mind once production has started.

Before you approve the mockup. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before you approve the final mockup, provided design or production work has not already started.

After you approve the mockup. Your order becomes non-refundable, because it is a custom product made only for you. Before we print or stitch anything we send a final mockup for your approval, so please check spelling, sizing, colours and placement carefully. Once you approve it, we are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved design.

If something arrives damaged or wrong. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maktoubprints.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will review it and put it right.

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Approved refunds are issued through Shopify to the original payment method.
